Kit CO2

Complete Kit to load the barrel CO2 through the jolly Gas connection with monitoring of the pressure or depression of the barrel by reading the gauge. To refill the barrel just check that the pressure is positive. Connect the pre-filled beer pipe from the fermenter to the barrel tap, open the fermenter tap, vent the pressure by opening the vent and open the barrel tap. In this way thanks to the open vent enters beer and exits CO2. When the vent comes out beer means that the barrel is filled.  Through the use of this kit it is also possible to use the barrel for tasting, for example during a fair in the certainty not to oxidize the beer because the tapping does not allow the entrance of air. For this specific use always check that the pressure is positive
